ALL our cakes are traditionally homemade in our licensed kitchens, nothing is bought-in or made from a packet mix and this is how we can offer you some fantastic flavour choices to tantalise your taste buds!!  So the real difficulty comes in selecting from our huge choice of cake bases...

Portions

Rich fruit cake can be cut into smaller 1" x 1" square pieces, but this is not generally the case with sponge bases.  Some cakes may need to be cut into larger slices.  All our cakes are a minimum of 3" deep and this guide will help you work out roughly what size cake(s) you will need.
